Stephen Reynolds is the founder of
Common Ground Mediation Services. Stephen has Bachelors of
Science (Engineering) and Masters of Business Administration
(Organizational Behavior) degrees from Cornell University. He
has 30+ years of business and counseling experience. Stephen
spent over 20 years in Human Resources work, focusing primarily
on employee relations, training & development, and employment.
He held a variety of management and professional positions with
Procter & Gamble Co., Exxon Corporation, Tymshare/McDonnell
Douglas, Seagate Technology, and Conner Peripherals, concluding
that career as Director of U.S. Human Resources for Conner.
Stephen has extensive experience in selling residential real
estate and providing real estate consulting services, and is a
licensed Real Estate Broker. He has developed and conducted
workshops for thousands of participants, covering such topics as
negotiation skills, interviewing techniques, consulting
services, communication skills, outplacement/resume writing,
performance management, male/female issues, affirmative action,
goal setting, and systems management. His credentials include
certifications from Wilson Learning Corp., Zenger-Miller, Inc.,
and New Dynamics Associates. Stephen is a member of Toastmasters
International, is an accomplished motivational speaker, is
active in facilitating men's groups, and volunteers at the
Conflict Resolution Center of Santa Cruz.
